Making A Purchase __________________ Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and the American Express Card.
We also accept PayPal
Please note: We block payments from U.S. users who do not provide a Confirmed Address to PayPal.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or first class mail (not recommended). DO NOT mail such sensitive information via E-Mail. Call us!
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we execute your order or send you an an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Shipping And Handling _____________________
A minimum order requirement of $ 25.00 is now set for our shopping cart .
We regret the requirement of this amount, but the cost of shipping orders below this value is prohibitive when one considers the minimum charges by UPS to handle small shipments. We do not have a separate 'handling charge' as some of our competitors have.
Freight Charges are for buyer's account and are not refundable. If you elect to refuse the delivery and shipment is returned to us (without the issuance of an RMA by us), any return shipping charges are also for your account. A handling charge of $ 5.00 and a restocking charge of 20% will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
Our F.O.B. Point is Coral Springs, Florida. We can serve the entire State of Florida within one day using UPS Brown Label. If you are in a hurry please use UPS BLUE LABEL or UPS RED LABEL. This is over-night delivery and you will have your package by 10:00 AM in the morning. Blue and Brown Label Deliveries, will only reach you in the late afternoon.
Our Shopping Cart is 'automated' and links directly to the UPS. A "Street Address" is required for all shipping destinations. UPS will not delivery to a Post Office Box. We utilize 'Address Verification' with UPS and any incorrect mailing address will be rejected by UPS (not by us). The system may apply a default shipping charge of $ 13.50 (Defaults to a large Box shipped via USPS!) if the UPS Address Verification System is unable to verify the shipping address you have entered. A UPS Tracking Number will be provided automatically by our Shopping Cart and will be sent to the Email address you provide. Please make certain that you provide a correct E-mail address.
For destination in Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship via the U.S. Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail is your only option since any shipment via UPS is simply too expensive. Ground Service via the US Postal Service would simply take too long and is not an option.
If additional charges for shipping are applicable to your shipment, we will make contact with you. You may either pay the additional amount for the shipping or cancel your order.

We normally ship your order the same day following receipt of your order.
Christmas Orders/Lay Away/Delayed Shipping __________________________________________
We have encountered frequent problems with the processing of 'Credit Cards' (Our Second Payment option which is available only during the season). Either the number is invalid, or the expiration date or Security Code does not match and such transactions are declined. Seasonal limitation may not enable us to sell the merchandise again, if we are obliged to return your merchandise to stock. To avoid this, we will process and charge your card 30 Days prior to the actual shipment. Once we have packed your order, we have essentially identified the goods to your order and the merchandise is yours. If you elect to cancel your "Lay away Order" prior to shipment, the same cancellation fees as shown in our "Shipping and Handling" Section will apply.
Back Orders ___________
We update our 'On-line Inventory' daily. During the update procedure, our shopping cart may inform you that Shopping is suspended'. You will be able to place items into your cart again after a short delay.
If your item is not in stock, our site will inform you that the item is 'Out of Stock' and you will not be able to buy an item if it is not in stock. Please check back with us or join our mailing list and we will inform you if the item is back in stock.
Certain merchandise is not 'Inventory stock' and you are allowed to place special orders for such items. This type of inventory is clearly marked for your convenience. This involves non-stock merchandise that is shipped directly to your from our sources in Germany.
Substitutions are not made by us. We will contact you should you have ordered an item that may not be in stock.
Tax Charges ___________
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state (Florida) orders. Taxes are determined by the 'Ship To Address' and not the 'Bill To Address'. Our business is operated from Florida. All other orders are tax free.
If you are shipping to an address located in Europe (Common Market) Value added taxes may apply.
Credit Card Security _________________
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Credit card information is only entered when you reach the "SECURE" site of Authorize.net. You will note that your web address changes from 'http://www.german-imports.com' to 'https://www.authorize.net'.
You will also see a 'lock' on the bottom of the screen denoting that you are at a 'secure site'.

Guarantee __________
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you by chance received the wrong item, or the merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment.
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately. We make every effort in packing your shipment carefully, but occasionally improper handling while the package is in transit can result in damaged merchandise.
If shipped via UPS, you may report your damage initially by contacting UPS at (800) 742-5877 . You will need your UPS Tracking Number. Then contact us by calling (954) 346-4195 . We will gladly file the claim against UPS on your behalf.
ALASKA and HAWAII ___________________
Only shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Don't forget buy insurance. The Postal Service does not include insurance against loss or damage, etc. If you don't insure, any loss or damage is your loss. We cannot recover for you what is not insured by you.

Returns will be accepted only during the first 30 Days upon receipt of your shipment.
Please contact us to obtain an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the carton for us to accept your shipment. Do not return merchandise to us without prior notification and approval. It will be refused!
If you decide to return your shipment, please note, all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Merchandise cannot have been used (such as smokers) and must be in the condition as shipped by us.
We will not accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged and/or used by you.
We regret, but all shipping charges and the credit card processing charges (3.5%) of the transaction amount, are not refundable, as both items are an expense we incurred in processing, handling, and shipping your order.
All return shipments must be PREPAID by you and fully insured to cover any possible damage in transit.
A copy of our 'packing slip' to help us identify your return, must be included with your shipment.
